Generally everything was excellent. The staff members were professional and very very helpful and suggested local places. They gave me an a nice size and stylish room with a big screen TV and private patio, for example. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, close to wonderful restaurants, common areas, and many shops and restaurants and easily accessible. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

Booked a room with fireplace. A microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine were a huge plus: D

Helpful staff provides an excellent service. And it's 0.5 miles from Reno-Tahoe International airport.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, very comfy bed and good-sized room. The location was exceptionally nice, just a short walk away from Bartley Ranch Regional Park. The area was calm. Tbh, had a wonderful stay for an one week vacation.

I recently had a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation at this hotel. The apartment-style accommodations were perfect for our needs, with spacious and clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rooms. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, and the washer and dryer were a convenient bonus. The property facilities were exceptional, with a fun indoor pool, spa, tennis and racquetball courts, and a gym that we could use for free. The staff, especially Roxanne at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded our expectations.
