The welcome by stafff was great and fast, staff were helpful, the room had a very comfortable bed.
In good decoration, friendly staff and our bed was the most comfortable one we have ever had.
Great location just 5 mins walk from centre of St Helier, is a good hotel and some were staff were nice & spa facilities are excellent.

Staff were very attentive and welcoming, our guest room was delightful, very comfortable and we loved the feather bed.

Very nice room , was clean and in good decoration, all the eating places were excellent. The staff were always attentive, shortbread by your bed had been turned down were great and food was amazing on new years eve. Spa was disappointing and the bill put a dampener on things.

Overall our stay was enjoyable, staff were great and our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fine and served a reasonable 10.30am, outdoor pool was available to guests all day and was really pleasant in June.

The location was convenient for most things and the hotel was clean and nicely presented, the staff were extremely helpful. Shortbread by your bed had been turned down were great, actually very grubby and the Bohemia restaurant was quite disappointing, spa treatments were good.

The hotel was absoloutly spotless very clean and well looked after, staff service was excellent. Indoor pool wasnt very warm, steam room etc was not very warm either, standard continental breakfast was fine, coffee was good.
