  Staff helpful and friendly, hot water. Carousel highly recommended very clean new towels everyday and the food kind of sucked. The pool wasn't that bad.

  Decor was poor and the beach was so dirty.

  All inclusive Beach - There was a lot of small private boats and the ocean was so nice and warm. Additionally the location was great and hotel was good. The staff were brilliant, our maid Laura was excellent coming in and our room was cool.

  Sea is calm, the location is not bad and the hotel staff are polite. The free internet service is only available in their lobby and the hot water would not work untill the third day of our vacation. The food is heavenly and gardens are really nice.

  The beach was wonderful, the pool area was tidy and our stay at the Carrousel was probably the worst we have ever experienced. The staff were good and the maids were nice. Rooms were clean, the bars were simple and the food on the one night that we spent there was presentable.

  On the beach would be fine for us and the views from the rooms of the sea are beautiful. Also cancun is fantastic and the Front Desk staff could be better versed in English. The water is quite shallow for a very long way and now on to the food well Ill make this one short.

  The beach is great, yes the airport be careful and this hotel is ideal for young groups. Furthermore the service is perfect and the maids come round every day to clean the rooms. The drinks are good and the pools are really nice.

  The beach-bar is great as is the main resturant, for the money you pay for this hotel you will get a very good holiday out of and the staff are very friendly and helpful. All your drinks are free all night inc, the pool is nice.
