The rooms were updated with a beautiful view, the staff were very-very nice.

It has favourable, beautiful setting, next to San Juan for beaches Rain forest was close as well as malls and beaches. The hotel offers nicely equipped, stocked rooms with microwave, coffee maker, TV. The property provides a great service.

The staff were welcoming and incredible and the location was gorgeous in main area. Enjoyed an adjoining terrace, a living area, and air conditioner in the room.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff members were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. They always had a smile on their faces and went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. Additionally, the hotel's basic amenities were satisfactory, and the rooms, although slightly on the older side, were spacious and clean. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was available on-site each morning for a small fee.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. The sofa bed in my room was in poor condition and desperately needed to be replaced.

The property was close to the harbor and Caribbean, offering a stunning view and short walking distance to the beach. The staff was friendly and always willing to try to help out.

A sitting area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk - basic facilities we needed in a nicely equipped room. The hotel was in a great and stunning location near wonderful golf course, ocean, and undeveloped prairie views, the main square and other tourist locations in Puerto Rico. Furthermore, to beach club.

Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also a big plus. Being near several restaurants that serve delicious food in the marina made it convenient for me to explore different dining options. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the stained sofa with a hole in it with a view of the dock. Lastly, breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
