  Location was good near to the beach and hotel room was pretty large and quiet. Staff was friendly and the concierge/doormen were pretty helpful. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant was also great and check-out were extremely quick. Pool can't really be called even adequate.

  Great position, good Hotel and the lobby looks quite nice at night. Staff relatively friendly and the concierge during the week were knowledgeable. The room was excellent.

  Great location, also very good place near the beach and cool music playing in the lobby. The staff helpful, nice nightwatch concierge and modern design of the room. Long waits for the 1 small elevator, an outdoor jacuzzi and fresh towels everday.

  The fountain outside our balcony quite noisy, the breakfast was sold as Intercontinental - Well.

  Excellent location for the SoBe access and the hotel decor is very nice. Staff are reasonably efficient, rooms are clean and the restaurants are closed for good. The "pool" is more like a large lap pool.

  Ideally located to the high end shopping area and the Clinton Hotel is in a great location you are looking to be close to the beach. The staff are more than willing to cater to any needs and well equipped is the bathroom.

  Excellent location and the hotel just 2 blocks from South Beach. Free internet in lobby hall and friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms and food delicious. Good facilities.

  Old rancid refrigerator, non-expected additional substantial charges at check-out.

  Perfect location close to everything South beach has to offer and the hotel through a private party at the pool 1 or 2 in the morning. Furthermore staff are great extremely helpful and the way the rooms are decorated are really nice.
