The location was marvellous for christmas in Lytham St Annes. I enjoyed spacious and bright rooms with curtains hanging off the rail as well as shower, and very polite staff. I had a nice stay and would return anytime!

I really enjoyed staying in this fabulous old-fashioned hotel. Marvellous and unbeatable location to the shopping area or promenade, met the criteria. What's more, it was adjacent to the centre and the front, the best bars and restaurants and the sea front.

The location of this hotel very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, cinema, shops and other amenities and restaurant was absolutely perfect. I found The Trawl Boat Inn offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Exceptionally good breakfast with lots of options, beautifuly designed and fairly clean place. Patient staff, well-maintained and reasonably large room with shower. Unbeatable location on the sea front, and 10 minute walk from Ashton Gardens. Also - near to the town centre and beach, and the grounds.
