Yes I could have simply let it go, pay the few dollars extra and stay at the hotel an the non-internet price.
It is not a 5 star hotel but for the money it was fine.
The price is best in area within walking distance, cleveland is a great town and overall the hotel is adequate you are visiting the clinic.
The deli whatever right is the hotel is overpriced and sucks, the cedar whatever place is good though and you need to go outside the hotel to get there.
Most people that stay at this location do so because it is right across the street from several specialtys of the Cleveland Clinic and are suffering from illness and shouldn't have to be required to take any stairs.
It was a great location to the hospital - only about a five minute walk.
The location was the ONLY thing good about our stay, the staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean.
The Guest House does not offer the usual cable TV selection in its rooms.
Food and dirt all over the floor, I pulled down the sheets to find hair and dirt in my bed.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, air conditioning didn't work in rooms.
Extremely comfortable beds and free continental breakfast.
The tub was so dirty I had to put a towel down so that I could take a shower.
There are two good restaurants on the property which are independent of the hotel: Chicago Deli and Cedarlands, an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant.
The Chicago Deli is the one restaurant directly accessibly from the hotel lobby and is wonderful.
My family liked both the deli and the Lebanese restaurants in the strip mall by the hotel.
There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
Restaurant within the hotel was good, the Cleveland Clinic Guest House was convenient and the cleaning staff did clean everyday.
In addition the staff was friendly and service there was good as was their breakfast.
The Cleveland Clinic Guest house has a staff of rude , people who do not have a clue about Hotel customer service.
The shuttle service is great, and the staff (for the most part) was kind and helpful.
This young man was just one example of several rather indifferent and rude young staff at the front desk.
The shuttle runs about6 every 15 to 20 minutes.
The price was not overpriced because you did not have to pay for parking.
