The value for money at Claro De Luna was impressive. Our room was clean and beautifully designed with lovely artwork and details. The location was great, peaceful yet close to downtown.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Good food served, like fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes and yogurt. Large rooms, delicious breakfast. Perfect and lovely location on a hillside, good for visiting Monteverde. Based near the best costarican restaurant and the garden and Monteverde Provincial park.

Clean, small hotel. Huge room, extremely comfy bed, and big bathroom. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from San Luis Waterfall. Totally very nice stay in Monteverde town.

Beautiful gardens and colorful flowers. Huge, clean and comfortable rooms with a jacuzzi bath.- Friendly staff who are willing to assist with reservations and shuttle service.

Small restaurant on the premises. Limited parking space in the lot below.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would love to return. Exceptionally nice staff and beautiful location in beautiful gardens with flowers of dazzling colours, everything was amazing. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurants in town and the local town centre and all town shops and restaurants. I was happy to find Sabor Tico, it was at a moderate distance from the property and served nice food.

Large, clean room with powerful shower. Beautiful property with charming chalets. Friendly and helpful staff. Okay breakfast, but the tropical fruit marmalade was a standout. Great location near a fantastic Soda.

the rooms they offer where absolutely fabulous and stylish with a cute decoration, the beautiful walk through the garden, 3 garden facing windows. the breakfast had a great selection of options and fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes and yogurt were good.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. They went above and beyond by washing our clothes when our luggage was lost and even added an extra bed to our room without us asking. The breakfast, made with local and organic products, was a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into town. the gardens were beautiful and provided a relaxing spot to unwind.

The WiFi was spotty in both the rooms and the garden, although it was fine near reception. The cleaning staff also entered our room without knocking, which was a bit intrusive.

I had a fantastic stay at Claro De Luna. The accommodation was great - well-priced, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location for walking into town. The gardens were beautiful and provided a lovely space to relax. I also appreciated the tea and coffee in the lounge. Breakfast was basic but exactly what I needed. a wonderful experience.

The garden is amazing, with a cute decoration. Ideal location for visiting the Cloud Forest. Close to excellent restaurants. Helpful staff. Stayed two nights and wanted more. Great breakfast. Spacious and lovely rooms. A sloth in the garden.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful plants and the rooms are lovely. The staff is extremely helpful and always provides good advice without pushing expensive options. The hot water in the room and the delicious breakfast were great. The laundry service was quick and affordable at $10 per kilo. We also enjoyed the proximity to the center, which was easily accessible on foot. we were impressed with the premises and the spacious, clean rooms.

At Claro De Luna, I had a delightful stay in Santa Elena. The hotel is tucked away from the bustling downtown area but conveniently close to everything. The well-maintained garden surrounding the hotel was a haven for wildlife, with a sloth even paying us a visit at our door. Our room in the annex was cozy, enhanced by a private terrace offering comfort and tranquility. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to both the city and the picturesque natural surroundings. The prices were reasonable, making it a great choice for a stay in Costa Rica. Breakfasts were enjoyable, served in a lovely setting. The personnel were kind and always on hand to assist. This hotel truly turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip!

While the room was a good size, we experienced a few maintenance issues such as a malfunctioning bathroom light, a stuck locker, and intermittent hot water. Additionally, our room's proximity to the road resulted in some early morning noise disturbance.

We were so impressed with the level of customer service at this hotel. When our luggage went missing, they graciously offered to wash our clothes. They even went above and beyond by providing an extra bed for our child before we even arrived. The breakfast, made with local and organic products, was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself felt like a beautiful hacienda, with a peaceful and quaint atmosphere. We also loved the fact that it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and we felt safe exploring the area. Our room had a cool sitting room and a nice bathroom, and the overall grounds of the hotel were stunning. We were even lucky enough to spot a baby sloth in the gardens. The staff was very kind and helpful, assisting us with tours and answering our many questions. The garden was a delight, filled with vibrant flowers and a variety of birds. It was a short walk to the town center and there were eateries conveniently located nearby. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the limited breakfast options for children and some bugs in the room , our stay at Hotel Claro De Luna was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Claro De Luna for a few days while exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a good night's rest. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, a bus stop, and a supermarket. One staff member, Karla, went above and beyond to help me with transportation and even assisted with my laundry. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional service.
