  Great location surrounded by restaurants, best in town and the rooms are nice and the hotel is in a beautiful position at Mackay Marina. The staff are always helpful and friendly, service and the bar is cheaper. The food needs to be improved as the dinner.

  Wonderful views over marina and very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean and vary in size and style, staff are lovely, always keen to offer great service. No seating on balconies is a bit disappointing and the food in the restaurant is beautiful.

  Fantastic exquisite marina location and ver enjoyable stay. Staff and service was good, the manager Shane Bowman was the perfect host, the Room was well laid out and the Bathroom was clean. The lunch was excellent and the fresh seafood was delicious.

  Great views of all the boats in the marina, pleasant stay and the Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean, breakfast coffee was luke warm.

  The room was amazing and the view of the Mackay marina was great, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was nice and adequately provisioned.

  The hotel offers free internet and stunning rooms, really hot water, good options closeby for other food. Some tropical fruit as well.

  Awesome room great staff, food excellent and spacious, free laundry facilities.

  No real views of the marina as such and bad towels are a sure sign of a hotel that is past its best.
