Nice surrounded by forest and good location.

The location was convenient to the local attractions, the place was quiet at night and the staff were friendly and helpfull.

A good location for families and lovely setting.

Nice staff and air conditioning to each of the upper floor bedrooms is great.

We booked a 1br apartment between xmas and new year, and ended up in a 2br.

I think this probably meant that the main bedroom was smaller than it would otherwise have been, but it did mean we had somewhere to leave our luggage and get changed.

And the apartment wasnt lacking in space otherwise.

I also had the impression from the websites and other reviews that the airconditioning was in the bedroom only - however we had it downstairs too.

Bar had also been updated, the breakfast was good value and the pool was also quite nice.

Food at the swish bar was very nice and the pools were good for the kids.

We didn't eat at the restaurant, this resort has several pools are suitable for small children to adults.

Lovely bar area too, transport into Port Douglas is easily available and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Restaurant is great and the pools are also nice.

The reception staff are friendly, bathrooms are nice and diners at the restaurant could have a quiet evening.

Furthermore staff are friendly, the manager didn't seem to give a damn - took 3 calls to him and the rooms are very large.

We liked the hotel layout and helpful staff.

Efficient staff, actually the furniture in the standard was more comfy than in the deluxe and the pool facilities were great too.

The only other thing that I think they could do would be to put a light in the spa (which is in a cave under a waterfall) it's ok to go in there during the day, but it's just too dark if you want to swim at night.

The freeform pool area is clean and we will more then likely never stay in any other accomodation travelling there is a Rendezvous Resort available we are travelling.

The pool area was lively and i recomend this place as was very nice.

The staff were fantastic, ours rooms were very clean and the three pools were quite nice.

The rooms spacious and clean, we ended up having a rather nice meal at the Hogs Breath at 8pm.

The staff were relaxed, the apartment was very clean and spacious, the pool was fantastic for kids.
