Just next to the lake and great Location. Nice and quiet hotel, fantastic well worth the Money. Staff very friendly and helpful, very professional Owners Brian. I liked the room and large fluffy towels.

Location to hells gate thermal pools convenient, the most attractive place is the service and the staff at the spa resort are amazing. The apartment is very nice and the restaurant is one of the best in Rotorua. The dinner menu is terrific and the food was absolutely superb, the facilities are perfect.

The location is very nice at the lake side the staff is very friendly, sorry this place is just an over priced motel and excellent service that we have ever have. One of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in and the restaurant is amazing. The spa section is great.

Location was very scenic and the whole atmosphere of the Resort was amazing. Service was really excellent, the manager Praveen was extremely helpful and our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too and dinner was the best.
