I was really impressed with the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The common areas were tastefully designed with cozy furniture and lovely artwork on the walls. It made me feel like I was staying in an elegant and sophisticated place. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage. It would have been helpful to have someone help me with my bags, especially since there were some stairs to climb to get to my room.

Beautiful hotel with free parking and nice room with comfortable beds, TV and safe. The hotel is located close to Randers train station and 8 minutes from the centre of Randers. Free parking spaces are available. Extensive breakfast with gluten-free products, lactose-free milk is available on request.

The breakfast was extensive, but the bread only seemed to be baked up. The safe is placed on the floor.

my recent stay in randers was incredible and the best western plus truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the upgraded room was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of luxury choices. i also loved the pretty internal courtyard. highly recommended!

We had upgraded to a superior double room--can't imagine how small it would be if we'd kept the economy room. Room was very small and bare-bones--no personality or charm. Plug-ins were difficult to find and inconvenient and wifi weak. Horrible smell coming from drains--had to keep windows open. Definitely not worth the premium price for this place.

A hotel with a lot of effort put into being user-friendly, offering a sumptuous breakfast buffet and helpful staff. The beautiful architecture and historical surroundings add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Who needs a wide variety of luxury breakfast items and a home cooked meal made according to Danish cooking traditions when you can have a watery "coffee" and pay extra for real coffee?

I had a great stay at a hotel in Randers. My room was clean and well laid out, with all the necessary amenities. Despite being on a main road, the noise level was manageable and didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast selection was more than sufficient and everything I had was delicious. The bar area, although small, provided a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my request for a small meal from the kitchen. They even remembered my choice of beer and my room number, which added a professional touch to the service. The limited parking at the hotel was easily supplemented with street parking. the staff and their helpfulness made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

our weekend trip to randers was made even more enjoyable thanks to Best Western Plus. From the moment we arrived, the well-maintained hotel and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. The modern, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast made our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future.
