  Karlstad was a really nice city and staff were friendly and welcome. Price was very good and the lady working the reception desk was extremely helpful. The bed was not to bad and the room was clean.

  Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money, nice staff, the room had really high beamed ceilings and two large windows. Food was good and was surprised that an evening meal was included, also afternoon tea/snack.

  Good location, beautiful hotel and all day long coffee and cookies were available near lobby. Stylish and staff were friendly, the bathroom was spotless and very modern. Breakfast was lovely, the dinner was nice.

  Good food, nice personnel, and a convenient location, large parking place nearby, the friendly staff and the cherry trees in the garden. Room bright and spacious, huge pillows, the breakfast was equally generous and well presented. Also free dinner was included in the price.
