The location is great for photos as castle just across the road, hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious.

The location is great for visiting Northern Ireland, the hotel is clean and the bedrooms are of a good standard.

The location is great also, with a cinema just down the road.

Good location for Belfast and the room in the executive part of the hotel was very comfortable.

Easy access from airports and i am sure my client would consider the price to be very good value for money.

Also the staff are fantastic, the Bed - you just can't beat a King Kong mattress on a huge bed - just soooo relaxing and heated towel rail etc.

The staff wre friendly, huge bed and the food was absolutely superb.

I have recently returned from a 2 night stay ay this Hotel, now known as the Clarion, first class bedrooms and bathrooms.

Heating seemed difficult to control, was November and the room was freezing.

However I found the bedroom too hot and when windows were opened there was much traffic noise from the adjacent main road.

Sunday night to our amazement we find the restaurant "closed" after been told it would be open, shockingly the only alternative was a limited bar menu.

I found the restaurant great value especially for the quality of food, i have stayed all around the world in many hotels but i genuinely feel that this hotel is something special.

Hotel is spotless staff were lovely food great stuart was a lovely guy done dj in bar, the rooms are quite large.

The staff are without exception welcoming and the food in the Red Pepper Restaurant is perfection.

As mentioned above, part of the "mini break" deal was a free meal in the hotel restaurant.

Very poor staff service on reception that morning.

Room Dated Handy For Belfast City Centre, the staff were good hotel good all in all good stay oh food best i've had in a hotel and the service was just fantastic.

A lovely evening in ambient surroundings was had by us all, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel would recommend and the staff were very helpful especially Sharon on reception.

Ideal location for the business trip I was on, the hotel was very clean and all the staff were very helpful especially the reception staff downloaded maps etc for us.

Sorry but who paid for this dinner & have these staff never heard of customer service?

There is a gym about 3 minutes walk away which guests of the hotel can use for about?
