The pool area was nice and the hotel was an excellent value for the price.
See my other reviews for other Omaha hotels: Best Western Settle inn (which I liked best for the price), Crowne Plaza (pretty good value), Marriot (lap of luxury, get ready to shell out some extra $).
If you need to complain about this hotel for the price you are simply too picky!
Price - was the best $40 hotel I have ever stayed in, the room was clean and welcoming.
We booked our reservations for our family of 4 through the internet because it was the location we wanted and were told it was a "3 Star", comparable to the Doubletree or Holiday Inn.
The location was great and cost was cheap.
The location was convenient and this hotel was an excellent deal.
We stayed when we had a departing flight cancelled at the airport.
The first issue was waiting longer than necessary for the airport shuttle (when our flight was cancelled, we had our company travel agent make reservations.
The room was fairly nice, clean, and the bed was ok.
The blanket and sheets on my bed were dirty - not just stained, but actually dirty from the prior person who stayed in the room.
Bed were comfortable, hot breakfast was a bonus and we were too late for dinner during.
Rooms are clean - bathrooms exceptionally clean.
Upon entering the room - I looked to the left at the bathroom - I noticed there was "something" (feces) on the floor.
At the time of check-in, I was not given a Free Continental Breakfast coupon for their in-house restaurant, and no instructions on where to park my vehicle that was closest to my room.
They supplied a complementary Breakfast coupon which was worthless to use because the restaurant in the hotel doesn't open until 7am (and we left at 5:15am).
It did have a nice pool and decent bar/restaurant, but the service was lacking.
The best part about the hotel was the bar/lounge.
I made a comment about the room quality & the Continental Breakfast, at the time of Check-out and was told "We will try to get this fixed", and was reimbursed for my meal.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was very cold and unfriendly.
their prices for Omaha events and the service is made a lot better by the new employees.
The only real problems we noticed was the pool area, lobby, hallways and restaurant was really cold.
After the whole day at work at the spa it was very relaxing to chill off.
The only negative was that the baby pool was too small.
The best thing about the hotel was the wireless intenet.
They have free high speed internet as compared with other hotels that charge up to $12.
The service was great, i loved comfy the rooms were too and clean specially the breakfast was wonderfull.

The bar was the perfect place to chill out after a tough, the rooms were clean.
