The room I booked was been newly renovated in a modern style and available with bath and a great view and beautiful old world charm updated. The meal served at the attached restaurant was great.

The hotel was clean and had very helpful and extremely helpful staff in reservation and restaurant. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Gorgeous place, it was clean and had welcoming staff in reservation and restaurant. The location was great and incredible, close to the main area with easy access to a market and boutiques.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is in the heart of Old Quebec and close to all the major attractions in the area. You can easily walk to everything that you could want to visit in the area. There are also some decent restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and extra coffee pods available upon request.

The room and bathroom can be a bit small, and the windows are also small, which makes the room not very bright.

It was surely a such great stay in the winter or over holidays. We liked the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità di questo hotel a gestione familiare. Le camere erano ben insonorizzate e abbiamo potuto godere di un sonno ristoratore. Il personale, sia alla reception che alla colazione, era cordiale e disponibile. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato l'omelette servita a colazione, che ci ha permesso di iniziare la giornata con un buon pasto salato. La posizione dell'hotel, vicino all'autostrada, ha reso comodo il nostro spostamento sia in auto che nel raggiungere il centro della città.

Niente avrebbe potuto andare meglio. La struttura dell'hotel sembrava un po' datata e maltenuta, con alcune porte rotte e moquette sporca e danneggiata.
