The location are amazing, the views of San Francisco from the hotel are awesome and the staff is extremely professional and friendly.

Pluses - great East Bay location and the hotel looks beautiful from the outside.

Great location, nice hotel and a beautiful lobby.

Courteous staff, great bed and a towel rack would be really nice.

Furthermore staff were great and the bathroom was as large as the Hilton room we had in Gilroy the night before.

The bed was comfortable and the food was mediocre at best.

Additionally service was excellent and bed was comfortable.

Beautiful rooms and a great workout facility.

The restaurant is wonderful and gym are superb.

The view is beautiful and hotel restaurants are good.

Great restaurants and shopping are a hilly, but not too long, walk away.

Pillows VERY comfortable, the good food and better equipped than most free-standing gyms.

The showers LOOK great and meals seemed to be fine.

Additionally the service was good, the concierge was very helpful and the check-in staff were incredibly professional.

My room had an awesome view, all the hotel staff were very polite and great only for a la carte spa services spent for a day only.

Friendly and very assistive service staff, hot water, the pool wasn't all that nice.

The Sports center has a friendly staff and this place is gorgeous.

The building spectacular and attractive lobby.

The pool area was actually very nice and the hotel itself was beautiful.

The food was good and the spa treatments were lovely.

Dining rooms were great, spa facilities were clean and professional.
