  Very good location and nice atmosphere. Great price, the staff were all very helpful and friendly, our room was big enough and quite clean.

  Good location 500m from lincon blv, and 10min, we ended up in a really nice hotel, for only 10 dollars more, great lobby. Dirty, unprofessional staff, no airconditioning, wide room.

  The bed was more comfortable than you average hotel bed and the room was clean, one of the staff gave excellent suggestion about restaurant etc information.

  Excellent staff and location, few steps from the beach and just next to Oceans Drive. The room i was first given looked like hadn't been renovated since the place opened, the lobby was very nice, modern and comfy, the water of the sink smelled like pure fish. 9 for a continental breakfast that was oranges/bananas/toast and helpfull receptionist during the day called Paula.

  Thirdly, the elevator were outdated by code and were small, towels were quite old and one really dirty.

  The location was great, the Shelborne across the street was MUCH better and the only thing I liked about the hotel was that was close to the beach. The staff were very nice in the lobby and lol Besides that, the beds were clean and pillows were comfy.

  Good location, nice hotel lobby and for the price, you cant get better. The rooms are fair, not that bad, oh, contintental breakfast is just cofee.

  The building is an old art deco style building and the beach is less than a 5 min walk away. The staff are unhelpful.

  Excellent location and great budget. Definitely worth the money, the lobby was really nice as well and the person of staff checked us in was very helpful and professional. The rooms were simple.
