I recently stayed in a budget hotel in the Yarm area and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was spotless and had a comfortable bed with modern decor. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options were good, with a selection of cereals and a delicious cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The communal areas of the hotel could use some deep cleaning and updating.

The heating system in the room was not working correctly, making our New Year's stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was old-fashioned and outdated, with a shower curtain that looked like it needed to be replaced.
