  Location was central and the hotel provided a babycot free of charge. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was varied. The rooftop pool was great for the kids.

  The location was excellent and the food was good quality at a reasonable price. Service was great and even our room looked over the plaza roundabout was quiet. The breakfast included a nice variety.

  Tarragona a great city and near bus station. Also very nice hotel and the beach is also easily accessible at about a 20 minute walk down La Rambla Nova. Extremely friendly staff -would like to mention especially Elisabet at reception and best room of our trip.

  Car park pretty difficult to access and sauna didn't work. The gym is not only pointless.

  Location was great rooms were comfortable enough, the hotel reception staff were excellent - friendly and helpful, in the morning we had the most fabulous breakfasts.

  Beds were a little hard, the swimming pool was tiny.

  Easy walk to the sites, the alternative is bus public transport is very helpfull and we didn't regret as there is the excellent Fléca two minutes away. Hotel is clean, service is erratic: the reception people are usually very friendly and rooms are a good size.

  Plus is very well located, we weanted to have a comfortable hotel near or in the city centre and the interior is nice. Service is erratic: the reception people are usually very friendly, the room is clean and spacious, the new roof pool looked great.

  Well placed for town centre bars/restaurants/amenities, walking distance to everything important for us and the hotel is located just next to the bus station so is convenient arriving from the airport. Service is erratic: the reception people are usually very friendly and the rooms are spacious.

  The location was great and secure car park was easy to locate. Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and the staff were all professional and pleasant. Bed was not comfy and breakfast was varied.

  The location was fine, hotel was comfortable and rafa from front desk helped us hugely our flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash. Room was spacious and clean, bar were efficient, towels were great. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful in making our check-in fast and painless. Gym was closed.

  The good location, very near the Bus station and not far from the old town. Hotel staff extremely helpful and free Wi-fi in rooms as well as PCs in the lobby. Service was great, breakfast was an affordable 8 euros/person reserved in advanced.

  There was no warm water, pool was tiny on the roof.
