The services were great. Its location at a moderate distance from Ppeam Gtm el Obelisco was good.

The hotel was enchanting and I liked the streets of Guatemala City. The location was comfortable - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Before bed I went to Hooter for a nightcap, it's short walk from the property.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Everything was good and within 10 minutes' drive of La Aurora airport.

Lastly, the location near the Hedman's bus station was incredibly convenient for travelers looking to explore long-distance destinations like Honduras.

There was one minor area of improvement. The hotel could benefit from offering a wider variety of options for the buffet breakfast, as the current menu seemed limited.
