The room at Hotel Ciudad de Navalcarnero was absolutely lovely! The spaciousness, premium bedding, and air conditioning made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The large bathroom with a hairdryer was a great bonus, and the free Wi-Fi was super convenient for staying connected.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not something I'm accustomed to using.

The location is good. It is not in the centre of the city but it is at the exit of the motorway which makes it easy to move around Navalcarnero. Breakfast is buffet. You pay five euros and you can have whatever you want. The attention of the guy who was at the reception the last day in the morning.
I didn't like the attention of the hotel management. When I booked the rooms, four to be exact, I made sure they were accessible as we were going with an elderly person in a wheelchair. When I put on the page that it is, I took it for granted that they not only meant that it would have an access ramp, but that it would also be accessible inside. When we arrived they put us on the second floor. When we asked about the elevator for the person in the wheelchair they let us know that it was broken. And at least they could have come out from behind the counter and found us a solution or lent a hand. No, they just stood there and did nothing. Luckily, the person we were carrying, with help and counting that there were seven of us, was able to climb the stairs little by little. But now I say, if a person goes alone accompanied by a person in an electric wheelchair and who cannot move, does he not stay? Because the hotel was full. They should have specified on the page that the lift was broken so that you could then ask for at least a room on the first floor for that person. If they don't give me any more information I don't have to tell you the personal life of the disabled person who accompanies me. Besides, with the new data protection law that is not legal. Another thing I didn't like is that our room once you took a shower must have leaked somewhere because we got the whole room wet. Water came out through the wall of the bathroom. We asked him to go and dry it off properly and when I go back to the room after several hours I find the same puddle. Let's face it, the passivity of the hotel staff is quite evident.

I recently stayed at Ciudad De in a comfortable double room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was situated between my family's house and Madrid. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered excellent value for money. Additionally, the room was equipped with a comfortable double bed and a good shower. Despite being located near a busy road, the hotel's double glazing ensured that noise was hardly audible.
Nothing, all was good. 👍

The rooms at Hotel Ciudad de Navalcarnero are fantastic! They have a large bathroom with all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. As a couple who values a good night's sleep, we couldn't ask for more!
Personally, we found the satellite TV in the room to be a bit limited. But hey, everyone's preferences are different, and some guests might still enjoy it.
