Excellent location - 3 minutes walking from the beach, really helpful recption staff.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything - great for.

Great location, very nice staff and clean room.

It is very conveniently situated and central, one minutes walk from the beach, the airport bus stop and the tram stop/connections to narrow gauge railway.

Otherwise it couldn't be better placed: at the terminus of the C-6 bus from the airport, and of the TRAM rail service to Denia and Benidorm, right beside the harbour and the Esplanade.

The room we were first shown was so small that you could not walk around the bed comfortably without banging into the wall so we asked for a larger room.

The room was clean and comfortable with TV including CNN and BBC world with a huge and well equipped bathroom.

Room adequate and bathroom good but windows not double glazed so you will notice traffic noise from the busy, narrow streets around the hotel.

My wife and I just spent 5 nights here for 260 Euros (about £190) for Bed & Breakfast : pretty good value.

The bathroom was extremely small and you had to fight your way around the door to reach the toilet.

Ideally located for marina, shops, restaurants, Santa Barbara castle, Old Quarter and tram/train up the coast.

Also staff were polite and helpfull, breakfast was very good.

Also a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the old city and the cathedral.

The breakfast buffet was brilliant, with cheese, meat, croissant and pastries, fruit, dried fruit, cake and (highly recommended) the spanish omelette.

Breakfast buffet is good for a small hotel.

The room, service, breakfast and staff were all lovely but.

Hotel staff all excellent : very helpful and pleasant.

The staff all seem to speak good English and are very helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good english.

The hotel staff did not seem the least bit interested in the disturbance every night either.

All looked good, nice and clean and fairly comfortable but hard beds.

    It is very cheap and good value to eat around there, better value than the Esplanada where prices are higher, but still not excessive. The staff all seem to speak good English and are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with TV including CNN and BBC world with a huge and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, with cheese, meat, croissant and pastries, fruit, dried fruit, cake and (highly recommended) the spanish omelette.

    the hotel is in a excellent location very cental to centre and beach,public areas of hotel are very pleasant the rooms are of a reasonable size and well appointed you do get a small amount of noise from the street but hey your in the centre,the only complaint i have is the room did smell musky but not that bad to request a change, i must mention the staff on the front desk who couldnt have been more pleasant and very helpfull with information that is why i would return to this hotel for the location,staff and very good value for money

    Perfect location, walking distance to everything - great for families and comfortable hotel was convenient for everything me. Also staff were polite and helpfull, breakfast was very good.

    The street below was very noisy and the room was tiny a bit.
