Citylife Hotel Auckland - 奥克兰

Great location behind Queen St and the hotel is well located for the waterfront.

You cannot beat this hotel for location, close to Sky City Casino, Queen Street and the waterfront, not to mention the free bus that takes around the sites of Auckland.

Totally recommended as a good quality hotel with great location.

The hotel replied that "the carpark is underground" and should not impact guests.

Opposite the exit - where the taxis pull in, is a small shop/super market, so you can pick up supplies in there.

Our one bedroom suite had a huge king size bed, plus a queen sofa bed; the bathroom was spacious and it even had heated towel racks.

We only had a one bedroom suite with four guests and therefore two of us had to share the sofa bed.

I booked a two bedroom apartment which was great, it was like a single hotel room joined to a 1 bedroom apartment by interconnecting door - it had two bathrooms and plenty of space in the kitchen lounge.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights in Feb, I'd booked a 2 bed exec suite.

But we did request for 2 single beds and received a queen bed instead.

Superb restaurant, with very reasonable prices and excellent food.

Didn't try dining in the restaurant, but room service was of a high standard.

We dined twice at the Zest Restaurant and found the food to be tasty and they had an adequate variety.

The breakfasts were very expensive and better value could be found in a nearby cafe.

The bar also has a happy hour on wine around 5pm and everything from my quick efficeint check-in.

The very best point about this hotel is the flawless service from everyone on the staff.

Didn't expect a five-star concierge - didn't pay five-star prices, but more than happy with cheerful and helpful staff, clean and fresh room and excellent facilities.

The service was friendly and welcoming and the concierge helped us out with getting a cheap cab back to the airport.

The location was fantastic, the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and the customer service was the best.

We were a bit lazy and did not use the gym/pool so we cannot comment on that.

The fitness centre was not too good, the equipment was old and some not working, and the pool was small.

The rooms are great, there is a gym and indoor pool.

We stayed here for two nights and found the rooms very small and stuffy although very clean and comfortable in a pokey sort of way.

The room was clean though and the staff were helpful although we did have to argue about the bill (we were double-charged for parking) which was eventually put right.

We found the room to be clean and presentable.
