        Not in a central location, you should just park your car somewhere in the street and besides that, the hotel is a good money/quality ratio. Free internet access in lobby and bathroom is clean. Breakfast buffet was nice and staff are very friendly, Dusseldorf is extremely cheap to eat & drink out, as well as stocking up on the German beer.
