  Good location for us, just a walk of 5-10 minutes and easy walking distance of a lot of amenitities. The most perfect place to stay you are going to the Birmingham nia as is literally straight across the road and i liked the space of the apartment. Cutlery that you would need as well as little things like a tea towel.

  There is no convience stores you arrive late, felt the continental breakfast could include croissants rather than sweet muffin.

  Well located for icc and handy you are attending an event at the NIA as its just across the road. Lots of lovely places to eat within easy walking distance, great apartment to relax in after a busy day.

  Several lamps didn't work because the light bulbs needs to be replaced, surprised no tea or coffee sachets Some noise from outside at around 5 am.

  City centre location is excellent and is just across the road. Watching a family movie other than that can not fault the accomodation or staff as make us feel really welcome.

  Good design and new building. In addition very well located and the apartment block also has underground secure parking for an additional cost we found very handy. The staff were very helpful, beds were very comfortable and they couldnot have been more helpful- the curtain was fixed. A lovely bottle of wine left waiting for us, the facilities were excellent.

  A little noisey as we were on the ground floor on the corner of a road, 1) didnt like that i got there i was told that i had to pay £250 on top of the fee for the night and fridge had gone off food upon arrival so not cleaned properly. Receptionist on arrival wasnt overly concerned we had not stopped in birmmingham before and as the Reception/Check-In Office was slightly difficult to locate.

  Was good value, more like home as there was a communal cooking and the staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Also within walking distance of New Street Station The apartment was an ideal base for a family, the blocks were very private and watch tv from the comfort of a very nice & modern living room was great. The facilities were appropriate to our needs.

  The only thing that surprised us was the desposit fee upfront, we were given a lovely appartmnet on the top floor.

  The location was excellent, having an appartment was a nice change from hotel life and staff were very friendly and helpful. Furthermore apartment was well equiped and had all the facilities we needed for a shortbreak away.

  Near to everything: shops and car Park is on Clement Street just before the nia roundabout. The children having their own room unlike a hotel we are all cramped into one room, secure car parking is well worth the extra money and the apartment is very central within walking distance of a very central part of the city. Friendly no fuss attitude of staff and v handy free wireless internet - excellent for business trip. We also had a roof terrace had the weather been better would of been lovely to use and easy access to shopsand restaurants.

  Great location for shopping and proximity to nia/icc good. Excellent value for money and clean apartmentsafe building. Stylish interior, friendly staff and easy check-in. Comfy bed and kitchen well equipped.

  Uncomfortable mattress and the curtains didn't match in the lounge. Would not have liked to use other than for milk for breakfast.

  We loved City Nites, easy walking distance to Bullring and more freedom than a usual hotel room. Additionally helpful staff and great apartment. The kitchen well equipped and near restaurants. Good parking facilities.
