Staff was friendly and room was very clean.
The hotel room was clean, mirrors all over the bedroom - we had four huge wardrobes and the breakfast served was great the bread was delicious.

Just 2 mins away from the underground station and a short walk away from the city centre, overall, a decent place to stay for a few days and explore Vienna, the coffee is the only thing that was good.
