This hotel is located on a quiet street in a nice residential area, just beside a little police station. The value for money is great, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff were attentive and kept the rooms clean daily, which was appreciated. The hotel also offers the convenience of having 3 separate single beds in the rooms.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

missing
nothing, it was not a pleasant place
the room wasn't even cleaned at all one day, tissue paper was never replaced and the spare toilet roll wasn't replaced

The best was location, 5 minuts walk from downtown. There was free wireless internet.
The hotel staff were not kind at all. The hotel is very small but very loud. The stairs goes between rooms and we could hear every guest talking and walking late at the night and early in the morning. We were at the first floor so we could hear them talking at the recepation too. It is not very clean and the rooms smell on dust and old. There are many channels on Germany but there is only one on English.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Frankfurt and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area and Christmas markets. The hotel provided good value for money and had all the necessary facilities for a short stay. The breakfast, which was included in the price, had a reasonable selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its ideal location and affordability.

I liked the location alright. It wasn't a very long walk (10 minutes) to the Zeil, and another 5-10 to the old part of Frankfurt.
The staff wasn't very helpful nor were they very nice. The room was simply "ok" - not good, not bad.

The hotel was situated in a lovely neighbourhood close to the shopping centre and not far from the city centre, with trams just around the corner. The room was kept clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast every day, and appreciated the variety of food on offer. The Italian restaurant down the street was a highlight of my stay, too.
The street noise in the morning was hard to ignore, but I was able to get a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the room.

Great location, walking distance to city center, and close to metro station.
Really small room, not enough space for our 3suitcases! Noise from other rooms and corridors, no soundproof.

It worked, good beds, good service
not all staff could live up to the standard of the young receptionist we had the first day

Great value for a weekend stay! The hotel had clean rooms with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was included and offered a wide selection of options.
The temperature in the room was a bit warm and the fan provided wasn't enough to cool it down. , the bathroom was a bit small.
