Ideal hotel, pleasant and courteous staff, magnificent location very close to main tourist area.

The guest room was new-fashioned, included central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table...

The bed was a bit too soft, unfortunately.

The room was large and had a modern design with twin beds, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, served with fresh bread, and the location was convenient, being close to Freiburg Cathedral.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of the breakfast at this 3-star hotel. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast had a great variety of jams, cheese, rolls, bread, yogurt, juices. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect, being near the old town and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The parking situation was difficult, with my partner having to circle the block while I went to reception to get the pass for the entrance.

It was an excellent location for in-town sightseeing. The staff was very helpful in locating restaurants and "must see" spots for us.

The City Hotel is very well located, next to the shopping streets and the cathedral place. The room was small, simple, but very clean and with a good isolation : no sounds from the streets or neighbours.People at the reception were very nice. Price is ok.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a variety of meats and cheeses, offering everything you could ask for, and I enjoyed my stay in a double room with twin beds.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel is located near the center of the city and close to public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The noise level outside was unbearable at night. I couldn't sleep due to the constant sound of traffic and people shouting outside.

Mind-blowing central location near main shopping streets, with groceries close by. EXCELLENT soundproof windows and complimentary earplugs. Convenient tram stop just a few stops from the train station. Secure underground parking with direct access. Spacious and clean room. Super helpful and polite staff fluent in English. Impressive variety and quality of breakfast. Friendly young man who went above and beyond in the breakfast area.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room, though a bit small, was impeccably furnished with a modern decor that added a touch of sophistication. The beds were super comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. I also loved the breakfast spread - a wide variety of delicious options that included freshly made coffee to order.

The bathroom shower stall was a bit on the smaller side.
