The renovated rooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed, including kitchen appliances and utensils. The smart TV with Netflix and free WIFI were a nice bonus. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Unhappy with lack of communication, between management and was out of accommodation for a night had to travel before scheduled tome home My 75 year old mother was with me and the reason why we cut the travel into sessions wanting and booking 2 nights only to find upon checking in that t hey only booked us for one night. Checking 2 days before that the second night was ok to extend i canceled prior booking for that second night. The woman was rude when we checked in saying theres nothing i can do for you. The next day the original woman i spoke to to book the second night admired mistake that she in fact got the wrong last name. Not very professional at all

Attitude Incompetent staff Rudeness and lack of accountability

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short walk away from the main attractions of the city. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and the fact that there was a gym onsite. The staff was also friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and visit.

Our room was not up to standard. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the shower had inconsistent temperature.

Air conditioner so noisy had to turn it off despite being 2 degrees. Air con did not in any case manage to keep even this small room warm. Did not sleep well because of cold

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who gave me a tour of my apartment. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with a spacious lounge and well-appointed kitchen/dining area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers, the city center, and beautiful Botanical Gardens that are definitely worth seeing.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with housekeeping ensuring our room was clean and tidy at all times. We were impressed by the various amenities available, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area and a dining table where we could enjoy our meals. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing environment, and the garden furniture added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

For us it was ideal.

The constant noise of washing machines & dryers. The bedroom was next to the staff's laundry. Not seeing any staff during our stay.

Should not let people park thier car on the lawn right outside the window.

The layout of the unit and linen provision was exceptional. Love having a full size refrigerator. Thoughtful provision of hairdryer, etc. Unsure about need for washing machine, dryer.

Not happy with shower cubicle - extremely slippery and nothing to hold onto for safety. Toilet exceptionally narrow. Smoke alarm TOO sensitive (went off when toast was only half-done - solved by having exhaust fan from beginning of toasting)

Expect clean and comfortable rooms, along with helpful staff recommendations for dining and local attractions. Enjoy the value of this family-friendly base, complete with a washing machine and dryer.

The furniture in some units may be slightly outdated or uncomfortable for some guests.

The apartment was spacious and had great kitchen facilities. We also appreciated having washing facilities in the bathroom. The location was ideal, being within easy walking distance of the town center and nearby botanics. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, with a first-come, first-served system that sometimes resulted in us having to park farther away from our unit. a lack of heating in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the colder months.
