The room was spacious and updated with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave available. Cookies, bakery, and eggs were served for breakfast in the café. Its location was great by mountains.

Beautifully decorated and reasonably priced rooms, we did not want to leave there.

The location was excellent and lovely, and we could reach Vogel Plaza by walking. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. Everything was fantastic, though a few employees were very unhelpful.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel overlooking St Stephens Green. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel incredibly welcome. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options available.

The staff was professional, friendly and exceptional. The room was super clean, with recent maintenance and beautiful roses on the property. The cups, glasses, and bathroom dispenser were eco-friendly. The motel was quiet and had the most comfortable mattress.

The manager was rude and abusive and the bed sheets were filthy

I had a really comfortable stay at this motel. The beds were cozy and the rooms were clean. I also appreciated that the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even provided a toaster in the room when I requested it, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Medford and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I stayed in a room with three comfortable queen-sized beds, and it had everything I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and mounted TV. The location was also excellent, close to shops and an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cleanest and best downtown, 1950's/60's vintage look. Updated, nice, and clean rooms. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and downtown attractions. Location near I-5. Friendly manager, colorful painted property, and beautiful flowers.

There was hair and an "oily spot" on the sheets, facial hair from shaving on the sink between the faucet and the wall and hair in the bath tub. The toilet had one of those paper rings over the lid to indicate it had been cleaned but if the rest of the room (including the hair pin and plastic wrapper on the floor) is any indication, I doubt it had actually been sanitized. The female manager sounded sincerely suprised to hear about the condition of the room and the male manager quickly and apologetically gave us another room. We booked a room with a king size bed but ended sleeping in another room with a queen bed. In all fairness to the managers, it could have been a lax employee who did not clean one room and thought that no one would notice. If it happens to another guest, then I would be less likely to stay there again. If it has happened to someone else, I hope they will post it to let others know. If not, I hope other guests will also let you know. It is currently a tough economy for small businesses and I would hate for one bad review to negatively affect the motel.
