I could hear every single noise, especially when the toilet was flushed from the room above, the internet cable was old and kept disconnecting, several items were broken.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main street. During Christmas time, the decoration around the hotel gave us a warm and festive feeling. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby ski resort.

The heating system was barely working and the room was too cold. , the breakfast was limited with no variety for those with dietary restrictions.

Small parking place, poor breakfast. Specific about our stay: the room had 2 walls with windows that kept the temperature very low despite the 2 radiators (we went there in december). At check out they tried to charge us with minibar consumption that we didn't do (whisky, cognac, cola) and then settled for 2 bottles of water that - supposable - were in the fridge. The cleaning lady was very impolite and the receptionist had no authority over her. We paid the bottles and promised to never come back.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Brasov. the location was perfect - it was close to the center of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions. It was also great for skiing, which I was interested in. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were of a high standard, with great views and comfortable beds. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
