The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to offer assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items such as eggs and sausage. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, and we appreciated the ample parking available.
The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe to walk around in, particularly at night. the room decor was slightly outdated and could use some modernization to bring it up to date.

With the exception of the General Manager Mr. Guiseppe Ceceri, the rest of the staff need to be trained to be more courteous and service - oriented to non -Italian speaking guests. The staff in the dining room for breakfast were sullen- faced and were not helpful. When asked whether there was more bread or water at 8.00 am ( when breakfast finishes at 10.00 am), their immediate reply was " finished".
1.Mr. Guiseppe Ceceri, the General Manager has a wry sense of humour and made our welcome pleasant. 2 hotel is near the Castel romano designer outlet and the Reggia Palace.

Easily achievable by car, very cheap, near the reggia Caserta, not so near the centre
The extra bed wasn´t prepared. I had sent an email to confirm it previously and they didnt respond because they told me they didnt confirm, but it wasn´t available when we arrived. We were given a bigger room but of less quality (kind of a separate part of the hotel which isn´t 4 stars). Anyway, they didnt charge for the 3rd bed =)

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, including Peppino and the ladies at reception, were incredibly helpful and eager to assist us with anything we needed. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel right at home. The location of this place is great, situated in a commercial/industrial area, which was convenient for us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet served in the restaurant every morning until 10 am. The room amenities were excellent, from the air conditioning and hair dryer to the free toiletries and bath/shower. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Proximity to Palace was cool.
Signage to Hotel set back from main road makes it possible to pass by the hotel without seeing it.

Kindness of the staff; wide room.
Several pieces of furniture were broken; some electric sockets were malfunctioning; biscuits at the breakfast were past the expiry date.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a commercial/industrial area and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. the hotel had convenient facilities such as parking and a garden with a fountain.
One downside was that the hotel was located in a busy area, which made it a bit noisy at times.

Convenient parking arrangements outside the hotel. The room was pleasant and comfortable.- The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing the town center.- The hotel had a good breakfast selection.
The receptionist seemed a bit perfunctory. The area around the hotel was run-down and not recommended for walking.
