The hotel was fairly clean based in a classic style building with welcoming staff. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was enjoyable with cheese, the orange juice and meats. The location was brilliant, just close to Piazza Walther. Excellent service was provided too. Took the advantage of the parking outside.

Contemporary and recently renovated room, with a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe. Extremely comfy bed and a great view.

The bed was nice, and the room itself was spacious. Everyone was patient and top-class.

It was as expected, had a very delightful stay in an Italian town. The location was great and unbeatable - ease of access to Piazza Walther. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful area adjacent to the Archeology museum and short walk to the train station and the best beer hall.

Cool hotel with very polite personnel and gorgeous view over the lake. Exceptional location in Bolzano close enough to the mountain as well as beautiful Bolzano.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. Contemporary and modern room with a view was enjoyable.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The twin/double room had a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card, facilities worked for us. Very central location was a plus. The restaurant was nice with hot food.

Centrally located, with own coffee bar and restaurant. Superb breakfast with Prosecco. Basic rooms, but suitable. Convenient car park nearby.

The stay here was delightful in an Italian town. We ate in the beautiful restaurant for lunch and dinner which was reasonably priced. The view of the mountains was absolutely fabulous! The location was unbeatable, the room was cheap and airy. Had nice dainties at Ritter Bar Bistro, located not too far from the hotel.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable and they have parking nearby. The room is reasonably priced. It has pleasant, incredible staff.

Loved the central location of this hotel, right on the main square with all the action just outside. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection. While the room was a tad warm, the staff were quick to adjust the temperature. I would recommend staying here.

The standard room is pretty small.

Location, in the historic part of the city, to the station 5 minutes, close to shops and cafes. Polite staff, ready to help in everything.
