Excellent location at affordable price, cool sea breezes and nearby are food stalls and restaurants and that was very convenient. Hotel citizen situated on Juhu beach is a nice hotel and staff are courteous and are very efficient. The rooms are good.

Breakfast is scarce, tables not cleared and table clothes dirty, the managers are rude and indifferent.

Excellent food in beach side restaurant and free transportation to the airport in a big size van. The hotel location is quite far from city the service was very poor and staff is very helpful. Room is not in a great shape is functional enough.
