The rooms with a modern bathroom and a view of an office window and a rollaway bed or cot, exceptional staff that consistently provide outstanding service. Great and unbeatable location of the hotel, very close to tram and trolley as well as all transport around Melbourne.

The room we booked was new-fashioned and functional with a modified bathroom. There were coffee & tea makers, a refrigerator, and glassware. The location was incredible close to major transport. Plus, it was just next door to the train station and south bank and a tram stop/terminal and Melbourne.

The place is fantastic and reliable, we didn't feel like leaving!

The service is exceptional, includes paid parking. It's updated with extremely comfy beds and lovely views. Full cooked breakfast offers lots of fab food choices.

All good — we appreciated this small hotel — the food was nice and the staff were really good. Updated rooms with curtain open, an unforgettable view of Melbourne and hairdryer, felt like home. Location: the property was close to two tram stations, the railroad station, and the shops and restaurants along the Yarra river, Southbank and Fed Square and many dining options. Furthermore, directly opposite Flinders Street station.

Trendy boutique hotel with efficient stuff at the reception desk. Magnificent, marvellous location on footpath for safe pick up for taxi's. And next to Flinders Street train station, sports venues, and lots of great locations.

We didn't have time and didn't try the full cooked breakfast. The room was spotless and updated, without a doubt, had an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware...

The value for the money was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was excellent, within walking distance to popular attractions and a free tram stop nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even arranging a separate bed for my child.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

We found that the location to be fantastic as we were in town for the footy.
