We liked the location, handy for buses and only a few blocks from Promenade des Anglais and the popular stony beach. Very old building and need a renovation of the room, the apartment is cleaned once a week. The kitchen has good appliances.

Cheap, great location near beach, good pizza takeaway across the road and the hotel was quiet. Staff were efficient and helpful, the room was clean, coffe and tea were free in the entrance hall during the afternoon.

Practical, friendly and great location, beach and restaurants was good, our stay there was fine. The staff at the desk were pleasant, efficient and helpful.

The bed ing guest bedroom was uncomfortable and the kitchen was very poorly equiped.

Convenient for the beach, good location and fantastic value. Saved money on resturants, friendly staff and we loved the 1 bedroom apartment. Excellent equipment of kitchen and great news for local laundry's.
