  Location was excellent and every thing about our stay at Citidines was brilliant. The staff were very friendly, spacious rooms were very well presented and toilet was great.

  Handy location and very pleasant stay. Clean and regular cleaning service, great room, well lit mirror. Excellent restaurant and staff, good pool.

  Great location for a firt timer to Melbourne, comfortable hotel and staff here were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean spacious and gym was handy as well as heated pool.

  Great staff, clean modern room and very convenient, good gym facilities.

  The hotel itself needs more parking spaces, its a narrow thin building of 25 floors and that seems fairly high for a daily rate.

  Central location was good and the privacy, hotel Staff were great. The service was excellent and checkout was efficient. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have for morning coffee and breakfast. Pillows were one of the best i have ever slept on, facilities were new & was very quiet.

  Great location, modern comfortable stay and for the price we paid. Nice lobby area and excellent service. Very big, spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen.

  Long waits at the elevator, no buffet breakfast available.

  Good location and close to burke st eateries, stay here is sparkling new. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, food outlets are plenty, as well as supermarket. Sauna and pool are excellent.

  Ideal location and great stay. Worth the price paid and modern interiors. Friendly and efficient reception staff, comfy bed. Very fast elevators, very handy kitchenette and fine restaurants.

  Excellent views, great Hotel and good price. Friendly and helpful staff, we overheard others on checkout had paid significantly more than us. The room was very clean and microwave was very handy. The gym was decent.

  Very good location as is right smack on bourke st and the apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are new and clean, feet the gym is well equipped and the sauna was ready to go.

  The location was great for the theatre and the hotel staff were friendly. Customer service was very good and bed was comfortable. Kitchen facilities were ideal and the machines in the gym were new & working & the pool was very relaxing.

  Very good location as is right smack on bourke st, most spacious of any hotel we have stayed in in the past 30 years and the room I stayed is was better than the website showed. A dry sauna and lap pool.

  Good location and great hotel. For the price i paid, friendly staff and our room was ready early and the suite we had was large. The kitchen was fully equipped and very comfortable and the facilities were fantastic.
