We liked the location, the easy access to the tube station from Heathrow and close to museums.

Quiet ánd very central location, the flat as well as the hotel itself was done up and i found the staff very helpful.

Great location near the Natural History Museum, new bathroom and good facilities.

Central location, very good value and loved price.

I mean, who would expect the manager of a hotel to drive you to the airport in his car when anyone would normally hail another cab for you?

The area is excellent for shopping, near to tube station and just a little more than an average hotel room.

Furthermore bare necessities does not justify its price, great that you can leave luggage in a locked room.

The staff was pleasant and the apartment was fully furnished.

Beds were very comfortable and the facilities were well appointed.

Location was very good and we did not feel squeezed as in a normal hotel room.

Location is perfect, some good restaurants close to the Hotel adn a public bike service.

Also unable to comment any further as we spent very little time in the building and staff were extremely nice.

Absolutely wonderful sense of customer service.

I rate this apart'hotel the best in Customer Service :-).

Location was excellent and the stay was very good.

The hotel is clean, the fact that there is a computer in the lobby accessible to all is great and good access to public transport - very nice part of town.

    The location is sensational, tube station just down the road and ease of access to other parts of London. Furthermore bare necessities does not justify its price, great that you can leave luggage in a locked room.

    35 to park is a bit expensive, during the renovation the lobby is closed.
