This hotel was nicely appointed in every respect, had VERY FRIENDLY staff who explained everything clearly and in a friendly manner. We had a premier studio and it included more than enough space, an excellent WiFi, and a kitchenette. The venue was in a central location very close to main attractions.

Separate bedroom. Lots of supplies in the room: more than enough space and effective Wi-Fi. Magnificent central location and amazingly helpful staff. For shots visit Bar Agiyao, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Overall a very nice stay for the services.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The attention to detail was evident, from the nice toiletries provided to the balcony that offered a nice view. The location of this hotel is wonderful, with numerous restaurants, bus and subway access, and a 7-Eleven just across the street.

All was okay, no major complaints or areas for improvement.

We stayed in double room with kitchen; witch was nice escape to western home prepared food. Cleaners do your dishes next morning. Excellent!

Perfect location away from metro station was a plus. What's more, it was not far from bus stop and the great restaurants in Kyoto's shopping area and many shops and restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. The room was very good sized, it had free wi-fi.

The location is magnificent, just next door to public transport or taxi - couldn't be better. Shimogyo Ward is a district that deserves exploring.

The room itself was adequate and exceptionally nice with storage space and had essentials we needed.

This hotel is a great value for money with all the basic amenities you need. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a sofa sleeper and plenty of storage space. I loved having a small private kitchen in the room, which was well-equipped with cooking tools and utensils. The location is also very convenient, being in a quiet residential area but close to Gojo station. this hotel offers a comfortable stay with everything you need.

All was perfectly fine and there's nothing to complain about.
