  Excellent location for Covent Garden, very handy to underground and wide range of shopping theatres. The Hotel is very well situated right in the middle of London and friendly Front of House Staff. The decoration is really tasteful, the front desk helpful and polite, rooms are quiet on the back.

  The second day the take away the 2 chairs from the kitchen and breakfast buffet is simple.

  The location was great, the underground station Holborn was close was convenient and we stayed at Citadines because we were going to the theatre was only a short walk to the Dominion we found the rooms very comfortable. Hotel staff were doing their best to help out on anything, i did not like the sofa bed and the kitchenette was quite adequate for light meals. Lovely coffee at reception was very welcoming.

  Location was superb and very good for budget stay everything that was needed for selfcatering needed more tea/coffee sachets. The decoration of the room was pleasant and enjoyable, the staff person at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, a one-bedroom at the end of a corridor on 5th floor was convenient for family travel. The facilities in the kitchen were more than expected.

  Great location for shopping and very close to the Holborn underground station. We could walk there or take a bus from a bus stop near by the hotel and helpful front desk staff. I appreciated the desk clerk moving us to a better room and kitchenette is wonderful. Comfortable - a little Spartan - a French Premier Inn.

  Location was brilliant, the hotel was conveniently located a short walk from all the attractions of the west end and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well equiped self catering kitchen was great for family.

  Location was great, felt more like a boutique hotel than a large impersonal hotel - clean sharp and modern, the staff was helpful. The rooms were quiet.

  The location is superb, close to theatres and the hotel is going to look great once the renovations ar completed. The staff are always professional and competent, accommodating four people watching TV comfortably.

  Clean location very good and easy walking distance to lots of London attractions. Excellent value for money, reasonable price and the helpful members of staff. Very nice renovated studio and fully equipped kitchen. Many restaurants, free Wifi Facility.
