The staff was really helpfull and atentive, and he location is very close to city center. The room was very clean and the nighborhood is quiet. The sofa bed we had in our room was unbelievably confortable.

No air conditioning. The elevators were not running properly, and you have to wait decades.

Convenient, no fuss, exactly as advertised

Room was a bit too small especially when bed erected. The building's fire alarm system appeared to be non-functioning.

The receptionist Stephanie was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, fold-out bed surprisingly comfortable, kitchen useful and bathroom more than adequate. The free coffee machine in the lobby and high speed internet in the room great. The hotel is situated very close to a pleasant shopping mall, easy access to bicycle hire, tram and bus stops and 2 minutes from beautiful old city centre

The hotel is unfortunately situated very close to a fire and police station so sirens can be heard quite frequently at night. The hotel also does not have air-conditioning, which was quite unpleasant in the heat of summer

Convenience and parking. Though not used self catering was a great facility. Media and internet v.useful.

When the bed was erected,it was difficult to move around the room. A smaller table would suffice yet allow movement.When upgrading air conditioning would be a bonus.

The location is excellent. We had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were attended to by the service technician, who was very polite, and timely.

Exiting from the parkade can be a little difficult. The driveway is very narrow, and there are a number of concrete pillars in the parkade. So getting turned around to get out of the parkade is a challenge. I doubt that a mid size car could manage it.

Separate bathroom and toilet. Guest lounge area with hot drinks.

Door from street needs a clear sign saying in multiple languages (1) to press a well-marked button to have the door unlocked and (2) the door needs to be pulled very hard within x seconds.

Surprised at the quality if the linen- super pillows, duvets etc - far supérior to a récent châteaux relais Hotel we stayed in. Ease of access to Meriadeck centre thru walkway and access to parking direct.

An excellent hotel, well situated two steps away from shopping center and very near the old town, very clean, well-equipped kitchenette, all needed amenities (eg, iron and ironing board) in the room. Super hotel in a very reasonable price.

location - its off city centre and therefore very quiet. given my budget, hotel was fair.

Location, ease of access and moving around town, clean and comfortable rooms - was almost scared off by other comments about the entrance being "in a park", "dark at night", so feel like I should point out that there is another, fully illuminated and perfectly urbanised entrance onto a side street with access to a tram stop a few hundred meters away...

The toilet is not fix properly to the floor. It moves after every used.

Ideally situated near most places of interest and near big shopping center.

The hotel was very close to the city centre. Across the parc was also shopping centre, wich came in handy. We travelled with a baby, so the kitchenette was easy for preparing her bottles.

Everything we needed. Close to supermarket and loan of shopping trolleys. Comfortable beds.

It was very hot and maybe would have been nice and not too expensive, for the hotel to have supplied bottle of tap water in the fridge.
