The location is excellent, the hotel is located in a "green" quiet spot and high speed internet in the room great.

Good location and easy to explore the town.

Fold-out bed surprisingly comfortable and good kitchen.

The hotel is situated very close to a pleasant shopping mall, they made some telephone calls for us to get information about some chateus.

Location was good and the place was very nice.

The staff was really helpfull and the receptionist Stephanie was genuinely friendly and helpful.

2 minutes from beautiful old city centre, we really liked Bordeaux and the staff was really nice and helpfull.

Also very good hotel, the free coffee machine in the lobby.

A laptop for free internet connection and kitchen useful.

Service was not good, the room was clean and tidy.

The bathroom was clean enough, having a kitchen was very useful and the food in the fridge became smelly.

Good location and easy to explore the town. The hotel is situated very close to a pleasant shopping mall, they made some telephone calls for us to get information about some chateus.

Near shopping center and at walking distance from the old city attractions. Also very good hotel, the free coffee machine in the lobby.

Door from street needs a clear sign saying in multiple languages to press a well-marked button to have the door unlocked, the apartment studio for 1-2 persons is actually a small room and charged for a breakfast i didn't get. Made the point that maids should check.

Location was good and the place was very nice. The staff was really helpfull and the receptionist Stephanie was genuinely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean enough, having a kitchen was very useful and the food in the fridge became smelly.

Located next to a park that seemed to attract groups of people were drinking late into the night and the pillows were not changed we arrived.

Fold-out bed surprisingly comfortable and good kitchen.

Stay clear, only 4 for a family of 4 also the decoration was a little dated and staff: some made you feel like you were disturbing them. We did not get product to clean the dishes in the sink.
