The facility was in an excellent location and priced well.

I enjoyed the fact that I could have an entire one bedroom apartment condo with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, separate rooms for bathroom, bedroom, etc.

We were on the fourth floor attached to the garage. So there was more traffic noise in the tiled hallway. I am not sure if a higher floor would be quieter.

well, the roon is not clean, we are older no younger, people make noises drunk person walk a mid nigth.Not was we spect.Sorry

There was no staff to assist. Bedroom needs queen or king bed, second nightstand, and definitely better mattress! Shower could be nicer, as well.

I was not given a pass card to visit the pool and other rec areas. They simply forgot to include it.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It had a wonderful view of the marina and my friend and I enjoyed watching the boats go by from the big balcony--very relaxing!. The amenities were outstanding and very posh. Located across the street from Sunny Isles Beach and only a short drive to Sobe and downtown miami. Security staff and valet were supurb and friendly, My friend and I had a wonderful stay and will come back anytime we are in Miami! You will not be dissapointed.

There was some confusion at the front gate and they sent us ujp to the lobby. The reception staff in the lobby were worthless and seemed bothered by our existance, rather than providing customer service. My friend and I called Booked.net and they quickly resolved the problem. We went back to the front gate and met up with a different security guard who had an envelope with the key to the condo, pool area, as well as parking plackard ready for us. It was a slight drawback, but we left the front gate happy and satisfied, as the guards were wonderful.

The apartment was clean and well furnished, with a gorgeous view from the terrace. The location was perfect for our plans. Unfortunately, we needed to end our trip early due to a death in the family. The hotel promptly refunded the unused portion of our stay. They definitely earned our repeat business for that alone

There was a central air conditioner in one of the closets in the main room. It made a racket!

I really liked the staff especially the manager. They took care of every issue we had immediately to allow us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable facility to stay in.

Great place, nice quiet location, beautiful beach nearby. Beautiful decoration, everything brand new. Excellent staff ready to help. Excellent price. I've stayed there last year with family and small kids, and recommended it and came back this year with friends.
