Having recently stayed at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and food. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the location of the hotel in a nice area was ideal, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Finally, the rooms were well-appointed, with tea and coffee making facilities, and while the decor was slightly dated, it still provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, and the great location in a pleasant area near Harlow. The bar staff and waiters were really lovely people and worked so hard. They were really attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in the restaurant on Friday.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast here is delicious and the rooms are nice. The hotel is visually appealing. The location is conveniently close to Harlow Mill, just 3 km away. The staff at this venue are extremely loyal and dedicated.

We stayed at a charming hotel in a peaceful countryside setting. The restaurant offered a mediocre dining experience, but we found a local pub for a delicious late lunch. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful fields and quiet country lanes, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. Breakfast was a delightful affair, with a wide selection of tasty options. We also enjoyed the advantage of having access to a pool and gym facilities.
Some areas of the hotel were in need of updating and refurbishment.

The hotel location is convenient and close to public transportation with a bus stop right outside the entrance and a train station nearby. The breakfast served was great, with a good variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel is old and needs a renovation, from the worn-out carpets to the outdated décor. The rooms had a musty smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged.

I also appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, including tea and coffee making facilities. The location was lovely too, situated in a quiet and nice area.
