The room itself was bizarre - trying to be modern.
Great location within 2 minute walk from the Termini Station and good support staff.
Very good location near the main train station, perfect for the price we paid and the staff were on the whole friendly.

Location was good, comfortable bed, the hotel wasn't as bad as I thought was going to be after reading the reviews and the interiors were modern. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, bathrooms were clean.

The room was small and noisy for being on a busy street, and the elevator was really scary.

The location is fantastic and good value for money 3 star hotel. Finally , its staff is very friendly and beautiful, the Japanese girl at the desk is extremely helpful and efficient.
