Pretty standard hotel, hospitable staff on the reception desk, everything was very good. Magnificent and ideal location in the very spacious lounge area, close enough to central London in half a hour as well as Gunnersbury Station less than five minutes walk down the road.

Reasonably priced place, had a superb stay by the friendly service from arrival at reception and throughout our 5 day stay. The location was stunning and incredible, really close to Chiswick High Street with lots of cafe's as well as the restaurant and the bar. Also, Royal Botanic Gardens was 3 km away.
