Extremely comfortable hotel, staff very good and the seaview room at no extra price was great as weel as the buffet breakfast.
We'll probably return to Santander and while the hotel was great value and in a lovely spot there are plenty other places near the beach.

We had a drink at the Feve station cafe when we arrived on the bus from the airport on a damp Sunday night mid Feb.
Its about 15minutes drive from the Airport and on the good side of Santander.
The nice lad said did we want a double bed or twin - I said double thinking I could kick my husband if he snored which you can't do from a twin!
Moreover modern decor in room, staff efficient and a good supply of boiling water.
Gave us a room with a view,balcony and air con.

The greatest location, the most beautiful grounds, the most elaborate building, the most polite and professional staff at all levels, the best rooms, the best restaurants, the best service- The restaurant prices are comparable to New York City restaurants- but the food and the service are utterly incomparible with anywhere else.
A Huge bathroom, nice bar and the food was of a good standard.

There is a great bar with seating outside in front of the hotel where you can watch the people come and go.
