The twin room was beautifully decorated and themed with twin beds, so that guests had essentials. The location was absolutely perfect, a minute walk from a Catholic church. Besides, it was near to the Cathedral and Restaurant areas.

Experienced problem with missing croissants.

Its ideal, central location was a plus. Set walk from a bus stop, it was great for travelling. The staff was very very helpful and decent and always on disposal. The breakfast offered lots of food and was super.

And close enough to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and the ocean front, restaurants and café's/bakery for breakfast and Very near the main square.

We had a themed twin room with 2 bathrooms, twin single unsprung beds with thin-ish hard mattresses and a nice terrace.

Good value and peaceful hotel in a very cute Spanish style building. Fully-equipped unit with a terrace, view to Teide, a private balcony. Wide varieties of reasonably priced food at breakfast.

I was upgraded to a themed queen room with a balcony. Ideal central location adjacent to so many good bars, a bay and a port and lots of shops and restaurants and bars as well as the Martinez swimming pools. It also was in Puerto de la Cruz everything will be close by midnight.

The hotel itself was great looking and peaceful and everything was very good. It was in a very central location, happy to provide information about attractions.

Everything was great, brilliant hotel, the location was awesome not far from the centre of old town & close to the ocean front, the ocean and bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms were beautiful and lovely in general, with a fridge. The service was nice, including a smooth check-in.

I had real good experience and would come here again. My room was nicely decorated with a terrace, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The service was great with a fast check-in. The setting was particularly good, short walk to the town centre and Canary Islands.

The hotel was in a particularly good location, right in the center. After long day I visited La Marea for a couple of drinks. I had the queen room with all needed, the breakfasts were adequate and satisfactory.

I had a great stay at 4Dreams and loved the location in Puerto de la Cruz. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fridge and fan. The rooftop pool was a bonus and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Location is convenient to everything. Buffet breakfast caters for all nationalities.

We were aware when booking that there would be no air conditioning which was fine however if we had known that the 1 window in the room would be so small that no air could get into the room at all we would have reconsidered.We had to purchase a fan from a nearby shop even though we only stayed 2 nights as the hotel didnt have any for hire. Also walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms & I mean "everything"!!!!!
