The room here was really nice and had a cool modern vibe to it. It had pay TV, a safe for your laptop, and even a coffee and tea maker for those early mornings ☕. The view from the window was stunning, you could see the lake perfectly.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and Midway airport. I booked a room with amazing views of the lake. The services provided were outstanding, including excellent high-speed internet access.

As business guests, we loved the upscale lobby entrance, great pool, and comfortable rooms. The staff, especially the male concierge, were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and made us feel like it was a free treat. The dining options, including the breakfast and dinner menu, were great with a wide variety of choices. The bar service provided excellent drinks and suggestions from Nasser, Sacheen, and Merrisa, who were always welcoming with a smile. the staff, including Faizon and Mamela at reception, provided a comfortable and uplifting experience.

The Chicago Marriott Southwest At Burr Ridge in Burr Ridge was beautifully clean and had excellent facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, such as Eddie Merlot's, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The amazing staff deserves special thanks for making our stay fantastic.
